Our Aim

The Centre for Ecclesial Ethics at the Margaret Beaufort Institute in Cambridge seeks to contribute to the realisation of a good and better Church, through both academic research and ecclesial accompaniment.

In collaboration with theoreticians, practitioners and people of faith from both the academy and the wider Catholic community, and with a specific attentiveness to the experience of men and women from the ecclesial peripheries, the CEE offers an ecclesial ethical response through both academic research and ecclesial accompaniment to the critical challenges and opportunities that face the Church today.
